Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to your participation in any coaching program, mastermind, product, or resource offered by Ron Tester and Small Business Summit Strategies (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling in a program or accessing our materials, you agree to the following:
1. Scope of Coaching and Mastermind Support
Our coaching programs and mastermind groups provide strategic guidance, peer support, and clarity focused specifically on your business development. We concentrate on forward momentum, effective decision-making, and taking aligned action within your business.
Important Note: This service is not therapy, psychological counseling, legal advice, or medical consultation. Coaching is distinct from these licensed professions. We are not trained or licensed as therapists, lawyers, or medical professionals. If you require support for mental health, legal issues, or medical concerns, please seek assistance from a qualified and licensed professional in that field.
Your results within our programs will vary based on your individual effort, level of engagement, and consistent implementation of the strategies discussed.
2. No Guarantees
We don’t promise or guarantee any specific business outcomes or income results. This work is highly personal, and success depends on your unique circumstances, follow-through, and willingness to apply the support provided.
3. Intellectual Property
All content we provide — including templates, worksheets, videos, audio, and written materials — is proprietary and protected. You may use these resources for your personal business use only. You may not share, resell, distribute, teach, or otherwise use these materials outside of your own business without our written permission, unless permission is explicitly granted for a specific resource (e.g., marked as shareable or public use with attribution).
4. Respectful Use and Community Conduct
You agree to engage respectfully with all members of the mastermind and uphold a culture of mutual support. Participation in any group space (including a private group, whether WhatsApp or any other platform) is a privilege, not a right. We reserve the right to remove any participant who displays disrespectful or disruptive behavior — without refund.
5. Confidentiality
We take confidentiality seriously, and we ask that you do too. While we cannot legally guarantee that all participants will maintain confidentiality, by joining any program or group experience, you agree to uphold a culture of trust and discretion. Please respect the privacy and vulnerability of others. What’s shared in the group stays in the group.
6. Refund Policy
Our guarantee, if one exists, is clearly outlined in the description of the relevant offer. If your program includes a conditional refund, you must meet the stated criteria (such as attendance, implementation, and participation) in order to be eligible. No other refunds will be provided once the program begins.
7. Technology and Access
You are responsible for maintaining internet access and the ability to attend calls or access digital content. We are not responsible for technical issues on your end.
8. Terms May Change
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. If material changes are made, you’ll be notified via email.
